Our dedicated team works hard to pack and ship your orders quickly and securely. Please read through our guidelines below to understand how our delivery process works, what we expect during checkout, and how we handle returns or cancellations.
Accurate Address Details
The most important step to getting your package on time happens during checkout. Please ensure we have your correct delivery address and any additional information which will assist us with the prompt delivery of your order when checking out. Double-check your house number, street name, suburb, and postcode before finalizing your payment. If you live in an apartment building or gated community, remember to include your unit number, floor level, or access codes. If your property has a specific mailroom or a safe drop-off spot, adding those details in the delivery notes will help the courier find the right place without any delay.
Delivery Options and Timeframes
We want to make our service available to everyone, no matter where you live. In addition, we deliver to post office boxes and rural delivery addresses. We believe that everyone deserves reliable shipping, whether you are in the heart of the city or out in the countryside. Once your order leaves our warehouse, we aim for a fast turnaround. This should be within one to two working days for delivery under normal circumstances. Please note that public holidays, extreme weather events, or busy seasonal sorting delays can sometimes add a little extra time to this window, but we always do our best to get your items to you as fast as possible.
Rural Deliveries
If you live outside the main town or city limits, we are very happy to serve you. For rural delivery addresses, please ensure we have your rural delivery (RD) number and any additional information to assist us getting your order to you as soon as possible. Rural couriers often have unique routes and tight schedules. Because of this, having your exact RD number prevents your package from getting lost or delayed at a regional sorting hub. If your property is hard to find from the main road, feel free to add brief descriptions—like the color of your letterbox or specific landmarks—to guide the driver.
Returns and Cancellations
We want you to love your purchase, but we know that sometimes plans change. If you need to send something back, please keep in mind that the delivery costs of returning any items will be at your own expense. For any returns, please contact us first and we will arrange the details with you directly. As long as the product is unopened and in original condition, we will refund your money less a handling fee and shipping which we will confirm with you.
Please do not return products to our listed main addresses. We will provide you with a specific return address. If you return your products to our main address, you will be charged an additional freight forwarding fee. Products must be returned within 14 days of your order to be eligible for a refund.
Finally, regarding our cancellation policy: if you have ordered and/or paid for a product, you may cancel your order and receive a refund less a shipping fee, provided the product has not been shipped. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled, but they may be returned according to the standard 14-day returns policy outlined above.
